Job Description

Responsibilities:

Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs) including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility.
Be a ray of sunshine! Offer companionship and engage clients in conversation and activities that bring joy and spark memories.
Prepare nutritious and delicious meals, catering to preferences and ensuring proper dietary needs are met.
Maintain a safe and sparkling clean environment through light housekeeping tasks.
Be a trusted partner, offering emotional support and promoting a sense of well-being.
Observe and report any changes in the client’s condition, behavior, or environment to the care team.
Uphold the highest standards of care by adhering to all company policies and state regulations.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent (a caring heart is a big plus!).
Prior caregiving experience is a dazzling benefit, but we’re happy to train the right candidate with a willingness to learn and shine!
CPR and First Aid certification (we can help you get certified if needed).
A compassionate and patient spirit with exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
The ability to safely assist clients with mobility and transfers (lifting up to 50 lbs).
A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation (may vary by position).
Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
