Job Description

Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive support with daily living activities (ADLs) including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility.
• Collaborate with nurses to develop personalized care plans that empower well-being.
• Skillfully administer medications and monitor vital signs (temperature, pulse, respiration, and blood pressure).
• Perform essential wound care and other clinical tasks under the guidance of a registered nurse (RN).
• Offer a warm presence and emotional support, fostering a positive and nurturing environment.
• Be a keen observer, documenting and reporting any changes in the client’s health status, behavior, or living situation to the care team.
• Maintain a safe and sanitary home environment through light housekeeping tasks.
• Uphold the highest standards of care by adhering to company policies, state regulations, and professional guidelines.

Qualifications:

• Current and active CNA licensure in the state of Pennsylvania.
• Prior experience working as a CNA in a home healthcare setting is a plus, but we’re happy to train the right candidate with a passion for learning!
• Strong clinical skills and a commitment to providing compassionate and high-quality care.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills.
• The ability to safely assist clients with mobility and transfers (lifting up to 50 lbs).
• A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation (may vary by position).
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
