All American Home Care Earns Spot on Prestigious Inc. 5000 List

In just a little more than a decade, a small-home care agency from Philadelphia has grown into one of the fastest-rising companies in America.

All American Home Care is making headway in the yearly Inc 5000 list, which ranks the fast-growing private company in the United States. 

The company, which is based out of Philadelphia, has earned a spot as one 37 home-based care companies on the list. It ranked 3,782 on the list this year, with a growth of 99 percent over a three-year period, from 2021 to 2024.

The home care company is also one of the 23 home services companies featured on the list.

“I’m incredibly proud of what our company and our teams, in each one of our locations, have created,” said Chief Executive Officer Michael Spivak. “Being recognized on the Inc. 5000 list is a testament to our commitment to quality care and innovation.”

The list, according to the publication, provides a “snapshot of the country’s most resilient and dynamic privately held companies.”

The list also noted that being on the list is not an easy feat. The list stated, “This kind of outstanding growth is admirable no matter the circumstances, but it’s a particularly impressive feat considering the unique challenges of the past few years: economic volatility, rapid innovation, political uncertainty, and more.”

To be on the list, the companies had to meet certain qualifications:

• The company had to be a private company, based in the United States, and independent, meaning the company couldn’t be a subsidiary or division of another company.
• The company should have generated revenue by March 31, 2021.
• The company should have generated at least $100,000 in revenue in 2021.
• The company should have generated at least $2 million in revenue in 2024.

Spivak credits the company’s growth to finding new service gaps that are not being met. In addition, Spivak said he’s building customer care services to provide fast service and information to those who need it.

Founded by Michael Spivak in 2013, All American Home Care offers meal preparation, personal care, respite care, and nursing.

The company has numerous locations in Pennsylvania, including areas in Philadelphia, Pittsburgh, Allentown, Harrisburg, Feasterville-Trevose, Reading, and many other areas.

Spivak is also excited, because the company to Maryland, Virginia, Delaware, and Ohio within the next year or two.
