Job Description

Your Mission (Responsibilities):

• Become a daily hero: Assist clients with personal care, including bathing, dressing, and grooming.
• Be a medication maestro: Provide timely reminders and assistance.
• Whip up culinary delights: Plan and prepare nutritious meals, and assist with feeding when needed.
• Keep things sparkling: Perform light housekeeping tasks, ensuring a comfortable environment.
• Spark joy: Offer companionship and engage in enriching activities.
• Adventure buddy: Accompany clients to appointments and outings.
• Be our eyes and ears: Observe and report any changes in client health or well-being.
• Uphold our standards: Adhere to all state and organizational policies.

Your Superpowers (Qualifications):

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Previous caregiving experience (preferred, but your passion counts!).
• CPR and First Aid certification (we can help you obtain this!).
• A heart full of compassion and excellent communication skills.
• Strength and stamina: Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and assist with mobility.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Clear background check and drug screening.
